HERRCO considers its human resources a key factor in the success of its business plans and its vision. For this reason, it invests in its people at all levels of the company’s structure and operation, and consists of highly qualified scientists, engineers, economists, etc.
The company is administered by a nine-member Board of Directors, headed by the Chairman. Next in line is the General Manager, to whom the Contract Management Directorate, the Marketing & OTA Department, the Procurement Department, the Audit and Measurement Department, the Technical Department and the Project Management report. The Financial and Administrative Services Directorate reports directly to the Chairman.
