HERRCo considers its human resources as a key success factor for its operational plans and vision. Therefore, it invests in its people at all levels of the corporation’s structure and operation and is made up of highly trained scientists, engineers, economists, etc.

The corporation’s management consists of a nine member Board of Directors, headed by its Chairman. Across the hierarchy, follows the the General Manager to whom report the Fillers and Importers department, the Marketing & local authorities communication department, the Projects director, the Purchasing department, the Quality and Control department, the Business Project Development Department and the Technical Service.

The attainment of HERRCo’s objectives in conjunction with the aim of providing an excellent and productive working environment, form a strategic priority of HERRCo.
